[Abstract] The research team, through collecting and analyzing a large amount of basic materials and fully drawing on relevant experience in hosting national-level expos at home and abroad, relying on data released by authoritative agencies, has formed the Implementation Plan. The plan puts forward specific and operable suggestions from seven aspects: guiding ideology, expo name and theme, time, location, scale, content, organizers, undertakers, supporting units, organizational structure, expo principles, and expo planning, and has also formed a detailed research report, laying the foundation for Shanghai's active bid and successful hosting of China International Import Expo.
