[Abstract] The future development of advanced manufacturing industry is to achieve four types of manufacturing: intelligent manufacturing, green manufacturing, high-end manufacturing and service manufacturing. The core task is innovation R&D. In the process of originating from and returning to the market, the key is to solve the "innovation island" problem. The specific approach is to rely on the CIIF integrated platform, support technological innovation with service innovation, and proactively serve as a driving platform for the "unlocking the throat" project. The key to service innovation lies in integrating into the object industries and global market, solving the interconnectivity and common prosperity of high-tech, world market and Chinese products and production capacity. This requires taking exhibition as the basis to deepen work in four aspects: exhibition, conference, awards, and spillover effects.

The research proposes creating themed exhibition areas, enhancing four major functions, achieving coordinated development of "comprehensive exhibition & specialized conference" and "1+9 integration", fully reflecting national will and public interests, leveraging the organizing function and interconnectivity effect of enterprise-to-enterprise (B2B) market in global production and consumption processes, and outputting first-class international public goods. The vision is to build CIIF into a benchmark exhibition in China and even the world, and the top global market for market-based cooperation in advanced manufacturing industry subdivisions in the future.
